Desktop View is the software that remotely controls a Desktop Share client. It allows you to see their screen and use the mouse and keyboard as if you were sitting at their PC.

The person you want to help must run Desktop Share to obtain an a six digit Invitation Code. Click the Go button and enter the Invitation Code to remotely control their PC 

Whilst Desktop View is a web based application there are benefits to optionally installing Desktop View on your PC including Better control of keyboard (your browser may block some keyboard combinations), Full screen mode option and the convenience of have it available as a shortcut on your Desktop.
