Desktop Share Guide
This guide will show you how Desktop Share works. First a user runs Desktop Share. You can do this by clicking "Share My PC" on the website
The user runs Desktop Share and an invitation code is shown.
Also note that you are able to configure how Desktop Share looks, rebrand it and change its behaviour : for example requiring a windows username and password instead of an invitation code

On our other PC we need to launch Desktop View. This can be done via the web site by clicking the "View a PC" button
The Desktop View application appears. You type in the invitation code and click "Accept Invite".
Note: You can customize Desktop Share PCs to appear as icons here and just click on them to remotely control them as an alternative to using the Invitation Code system

The Desktop View application then lets you remotely control the other PC as if you were sitting in front of it. You can see the other screen, use the mouse and keyboard.
Desktop Gateway acts as a "middleman" between Desktop Share and Desktop View making it possible to get past firewalls and routers. It is a Windows service that runs on any windows PC.
