The layout of the issue list, client list, support list and knowledge base can be customized easily:
- Click on the Admin tab
- Choose Issues, Knowledge Base, Support, or Clients in the Displayed Fields section

- The available fields appear on the left and the displayed fields appear on the right
- To display a field choose in the available fields list and click on the > button
- To hide a displayed field highlight the field in the displayed fields list and click on the
