The list of calls made to clients can be export to Microsoft Excel as a CSV file. To do this:
To turn on call logging simply choose Call Log Window from the View menu. Then select one of the shortcuts to a computer. A list of calls to that computer will appear. Double click on the call to edit the comment beside it. For example you can use this to track call information such as why the connection was required (eg to install software).
- Click on the File menu
- Choose Export Call Log from the menu
- Choose the filename and directory to export to
