Desktop Share
- Windows PC with 128 meg of RAM
- Network connection (Internet broadband recommended but will work with dialup modem, VPN or LAN)
- Outgoing TCP/IP port 4502 available (not blocked by Proxy Server)
- Microsoft .NET version 2.0 installed (This will be downloaded and installed if required)
Desktop View
- Windows PC with 128 meg of RAM
- Network connection to the gateway
- Microsoft Silverlight plugin installed (will download if not present)
- Outgoing TCP/IP ports 973 and 4502 available (to connect to the gateway)
Desktop Gateway
- Windows PC with 512 meg of RAM (XP or higher preferable)
- Internet connection (for users connecting via the internet)
- Microsoft .NET version 3.5 installed (This will be downloaded and installed if required)
- Incoming TCP/IP port 943 and 4502 open (for internet and/or LAN)
